These terms govern your use of linkedotter.com (the "Site") and any services described on it, operated by LinkedOtter LLC, a New York limited liability company at 440 Kent Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11249 ("LinkedOtter", "we", "us"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site

The Site describes our go-to-market services and products (including Showrunner) and lets you request resources, results, or a conversation with us. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer unless confirmed in a signed agreement.

Services

Specific services we perform for you (e.g. outbound engine setup, event-led pipeline work, Showrunner subscriptions) are governed by the separate order form, statement of work, or subscription agreement you sign with us. Where those terms conflict with this page, the signed agreement controls.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the Site (attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, interfere with normal operation, or introduce malicious code)
• Don't submit false or fraudulent information through our forms
• Don't use the Site to violate any applicable law

Intellectual property

The Site, its content, and our trademarks are owned by LinkedOtter LLC or our licensors. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g. Risk Takers, partner tools) we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Results described on the Site (case studies, scorecards, estimates) are illustrative and not a guarantee of your results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkedOtter LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
